This website ("the Site") is operated by Andrey Shoberg, Business Registration No. 310745187, located at King George 31, Tel Aviv ("the Business" or "GOA").
Use of the Site and/or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
These terms are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. In case of conflict between these terms and the law, the law prevails.
2. About the Business
GOA is a boutique greengrocer offering fresh, high-quality vegetables, fruits, and herbs, with delivery service in the Tel Aviv area. The business is located at King George 31, Tel Aviv.

3. Products
Products offered on the Site are fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product. We strive to display accurate images.
Prices include VAT and are displayed in Israeli Shekels (₪). Delivery fees are not included in the product price and are displayed separately in the cart and at checkout.
Some products are sold by weight (kg) and some by unit. Products sold by weight will be weighed in-store after the order is placed. The final price will be determined by actual weight and may vary up to 10% from the estimated price shown at ordering. The final charge is only made after weighing.
4. Order Process
The customer selects products and adds them to the cart. At checkout, the customer provides personal details, delivery address, and preferred delivery time. The customer enters credit card details on a secure payment page.
Card details are saved securely, and the charge is only made after the products are weighed and the order is prepared. Minimum order is ₪50 before delivery fees.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery area is limited to a 2km radius from King George 31, Tel Aviv. Delivery hours: Sunday to Thursday 18:00–21:00, Friday all day. No deliveries on Saturday. Next-day delivery scheduling is available. Delivery fees vary by address and are clearly displayed before completing the order.
We will make every effort to deliver at the scheduled time. In case of delay, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative. In case of non-delivery due to force majeure, the Business will not be liable beyond refunding the payment.
6. Cancellation and Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Law, remote transactions may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product. However, fresh food products are perishable goods and cannot be returned after delivery, in accordance with Section 14C(D)(4) of the Consumer Protection Law.
Order cancellation before delivery: Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled delivery time, by phone or email. After this time, the order is already being prepared and cannot be cancelled.
Defective or incorrect products: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will replace the product or credit your account. Please photograph the defective product and send it to us.
Cancellation fees: In accordance with the law, for cancellations not due to defects, the Business may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower.
7. Payment Policy
Payment is made by credit card through a secure payment system. We accept all major Israeli credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Isracard, American Express).
When placing an order, credit card details are saved securely. The actual charge is only made after products are weighed in-store. The final charge may differ from the estimated amount shown at ordering, based on actual weight.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including design, texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, and images, are the property of the Business or third parties who have granted a license. No copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is permitted without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. The Business makes every effort to maintain Site availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Business reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
